Tone control not supported S-660H?

Hi,

I have a Denon AVR S-S660. The option Tone Control is greyed-out in the app. Is this function not supported with the S-660H?

Hi, check if you have some other EQ enabled, e.g. Dynamic EQ. The tone control gets disabled if some EQ is enabled.

The other settings (dialog enhancer) etc are still disabled. Are there some settings who disabled these settings. Tried change some settings, but I can’t get them enabled.

They usually come on if you play a movie that has the supported number of channels and Sound encoding. Try some recent movie from a high quality streaming source and select Dolby Digital+ for example
